It is possible for one cause of death to encompass some or all of another cause of death, although we attempt to avoid this as much as possible.

Deathdata is a site created by John Joseph Bachir, myself, and Zane Rockenbaugh.

I designed and developed the entire site. Little design snippets include a bar graph quantification of listed deaths, an obscure interface (roll over the death toll to bookmark it, roll over the death cause to Google it) and an adorable favicon of a yellow skull.
